Steps

Registration

Authors must first register through the journal's online submission system.

Authorship Approval

After registration, authors should request authorship approval through the designated submission portal. Authorship approval requests are generally reviewed within 24 hours. Once approval is granted, authors will be able to submit their manuscripts through the online system.

Manuscript Submission

After receiving approval, authors can upload and submit their manuscripts along with all required information and supporting documents.

Editorial Review

The submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial assessment to verify its suitability, originality, and compliance with journal guidelines.

Peer Review

Eligible manuscripts are sent for peer review by subject experts.

Final Decision

Based on reviewer recommendations and editorial evaluation, the manuscript may be accepted, revised, or rejected.

Article Processing Fee (APF)

IJSEEST is committed to supporting researchers by maintaining an affordable and accessible publication model.

Publication Charges

  • Submission of manuscripts is completely free.
  • There are no mandatory publication charges for accepted manuscripts.
  • Most accepted papers are published free of cost.

However, in certain cases where extensive language editing, formatting corrections, technical editing, or additional publication support is required, a nominal Article Processing Fee (APF) may be applied. Any applicable fee will be determined by the Editorial Office after review of the manuscript and will be communicated to the authors before publication. The journal is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and affordability while ensuring the highest standards of publication quality.

Copyright Statement

Upon acceptance and publication of the manuscript, the authors retain copyright of their work while granting the International Journal of Sustainable Energy, Environmental Science and Technology (IJSEEST) the right to publish, distribute, archive, and promote the article in print and electronic formats.

The authors certify that the submitted work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted material included in their manuscript.
